Hi Shirley,
I must admit that your email puzzled me. You ask “where is the free pattern?” I think the real question is…was there ever a free pattern? Did you come across this on a Pinterest site, or another website? I’ve had so many problems with this illustration that I put an explanation up on a blog post:
In that post, I mention that others have stolen my design and have put it up on the internet, saying it is a free block. However, it is not. It’s a part of my sunflower quilt pattern which you can find here: SunflowerLite Quilt Pattern https://payhip.com/b/uHk0b.
You can also find it in the Home, Sweet, Home Mini-quilt pattern https://payhip.com/b/tj18, which is in my pattern shop. If you go to this link, there is a Preview Sheet that you can download for free that explains what is in the pattern.
I hope I’ve answered your question. I am sorry that it not, nor has it ever been, free. But I do have it for sale for only 5 bucks, which is less than a slice of pizza. By the way, I made that sunflower quilt for my daughter-in-law, and she loves it!
How can I get this pattern? I love it! Thank you!
